MELVILLE, NY (April 23, 2013) – Rubie’s Costume Company Inc. is proud to announce and welcome Stephen Stanley as the company’s new Managing Director of Licensing and Business Development. Stanley comes to Rubie’s with over 20 years of experience in the licensing industry, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Global Licensing at Jakks Pacific. He previously served as Co-President of costume-maker Disguise Inc. Having started his career with Hasbro Toys, Stanley has an extensive knowledge of and commitment to brand management in both the Halloween and Toy industries.  
In this newly created position, Stanley joins Rubie’s in the Melville, NY facility and will report directly to Rubie’s Executive Vice President, Howard Beige. Overseeing projects for 2013 and beyond, Stanley will play a critical role in the development and growth of the company’s exclusively licensed product lines.
